Why does the customer need to present a credit card even though we have issued a voucher?The credit card is required as a means of security and deposit. Any eventual additional costs (for example fuel costs if the customer does not refuel the car) are charged on the credit card. Are there no additional costs, the credit card is not debited at all, of course. |
